The portfolio under management by BNP Paribas Real Estate is made up of eight office assets with a total surface area of approximately 63,000m², as well as seven residential care homes. The 'office' component consists of seven buildings located in the heart of the Belgian capital, the most representative of which are the 'Aria' building at Ravenstein 36 in the city centre and the Montoyer 47 building, located close to Place du Luxembourg, with a surface area of nearly 10,000m². The last of these office assets is located in Gasperich in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This is the AlterDomus head office, located in the Melius Office Building, with a surface area of 10,600m².
The portfolio of nursing homes includes seven facilities, with four in Flanders and three in Wallonia.
