Today's tools are shaping tomorrow's resources

Compliance and ethics are intrinsic values that lie at the heart of every activity we undertake on your behalf. They are supported by the management bodies of BNP Paribas Real Estate and by all our employees. They guide our operations, our decisions and our choices on a daily basis, whether this is for our customers, partners, investors or suppliers, or for our company and our employees.

BNP Paribas Code of Conduct

The principles of the Code of Conduct are shared by all employees and form the basis of the tools and processes we have in place to ensure ethics and compliance in all circumstances.

A system for preventing corruption

We have set up a system to prevent any potential act of corruption or influence peddling, one of the pillars of which is an ethics alert system enabling any employee or third party who so wishes to issue an alert. It is also as part of the prevention of corruption and influence peddling that all our employees routinely declare any gifts and invitations received or offered to our Compliance Department.

The KYC principle Know Your Customer

We train our employees to build detailed knowledge of our customers according to the Know Your Customer (KYC) principle. This approach guarantees the compliance and financial security of our company and plays a full part in our commitment to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
