Real I.S., the German real estate asset manager, has just entrusted BNP Paribas Real Estate with the management of four buildings, totalling over 45,000 m² of workspaces in the historic heart of Brussels.
The four real estate assets are located in the centre of the Belgian capital:
- in the Midi district, at 20 Rue Fonsny, South City Office Fonsny is a building with 14,193 m² of workspace,
- Ligne 40, located at number 40 on the eponymous street, not far from the botanical gardens, is a tertiary complex with a surface area of 13,124 m²,
- QB19 offers 9,188 m² of offices at 70 Boulevard de Waterloo, opposite the Palais de Justice,
- at no. 80 on the same boulevard, Jean-Jacobs totals 9,103 m².
