N-SIDE, an innovative company developing software solutions for analysing and optimising data for the pharmaceutical and energy sectors, will relocate to the city centre of Louvain-La-Neuve in 2024.
The ‘Esprit Courbevoie’ building, which meets the most advanced ecological and ‘wellbeing at work’ criteria, will house the N-SIDE scale-up, founded more than 20 years ago as a spin-off of the UCLouvain.
Next to the sustainable and exemplary nature of this project, the proximity to the city centre, public transportation and a Silversquare co-working were some of the major factors that led to the company’s decision. The company’s growth ambitions are reflected in this newly transacted office space.
Developed by Thomas & Piron Bâtiment and Besix RED, the Esprit Courbevoie Office Building is owned by Befimmo (Regulated real estate investment company), which recently acquired this site of ca 8,300 sq.m of offices.
N-Side will lease slightly more than 4,300 sq.m of office space, while the remaining surface will be occupied by Silversquare.
This transaction confirms the major position held by BNP Paribas Real Estate in corporate real estate, particularly in Walloon Brabant.
