Flexible and modular workspaces boasting a range of services
This project set out to meet the great demand among companies for offices and SME units in the region, while also providing energy-efficient premises with a low environmental impact that deliver comfortable working conditions for users. The new Green Business Park Nivelles Sud has risen to this challenge spectacularly. The project has now been delivered and features a total surface area of just over 2,800 m², divided into nine offices and spread over three floors. The office spaces (measuring between 210 m² and 468 m²) enjoy lots of natural light and are incredibly modular, meaning that the companies using them can choose the best set-up for their business activities, such as a showroom, a warehouse, offices or a laboratory.
In addition, the environmental aspects of Green Business Park Nivelles Sud are particularly ambitious: the buildings have green roofs and are equipped with solar panels, climate ceilings and heat pumps. The lighting system uses LEDs and is controlled by motion detectors. Finally, the car park, which has electric charging points, features a special rainwater run-off coating.
Everything in the Green Business Park Nivelles Sud project has been designed to ensure the well-being and comfort of users, boasting, for example, showers, a magnificent accessible terrace and lovely tree-lined pathways around the building.

In addition to its amazing functional qualities, Green Business Park Nivelles Sud boasts another noteworthy asset: its strategic geographical location between Northern Europe's capital cities.
Green Business Park Nivelles Sud's offices and SME units are located at the intersection between the R24 south and Rue de l'Industrie. You can get to them via the R24, which provides access to the E19 (Brussels-Mons-Paris) to the west and the N25 (Wavre-Nivelles) and the N93 to the east.
On the soft mobility side, Green Business Park Nivelles Sud's offices can be easily accessed from Nivelles train station and city centre. Finally, these offices are also served by bus lines.
