A new sustainable office concept ATMOS is being developed at The Loop, a new vibrant neighbourhood in Ghent.
The offices in ATMOS will use no fossil energy such as natural gas. These and many other interventions will earn us a BREEAM Outstanding certificate and make the building compliant with the recent EU taxonomy.Sustainability and environmental friendliness are the pillars of these new office spaces. Thanks to various interventions, the buildings have a very low carbon footprint.The office spaces are located at The Loop, a new district on the outskirts of Ghent, easily accessible by public transport. Various buses stop in this new neighbourhood and tram 1 also stops here every 10 minutes. Those who prefer to come by car have an easy connection from the E40 or the R4.
Last but not least, cyclists also have a safe route to the ATMOS offices, thanks to the cycle paths through The Loop. It’s a few minutes’ bike ride from Gent-Sint-Pieters station.
