W16 is located on Waterloo Boulevard, along the "little belt" in a commercial area renowned for its luxury shops.
In 2009, the building, as well as the Horloge building located at the back, was completely renovated and expanded with an office area of +-10 500m². The two structures are connected by an atrium inside. A new façade was designed with a commercial section on the ground floor and offices on the upper floors.
The office building is in a prime location which is very well connected by public transport nearby. At the foot of the building you will find the Porte de Namur metro station which is well connected to the Gare du Midi, and many bus and tram lines.
